Rules & Cancellations
- All cancellations of classes must be within 6 hours of your scheduled class. You will be charged for that class along with a $25.00 fee for a no show if not cancelled through MINDBODY or have not made previous arrangement with the instructor.
- Please arrive and check-in for class no later than 15 minutes prior to class, otherwise your seat maybe forfeited.
- Once class has begun, no admittance, unless a prior text or call has been made to the instructor.
- All waivers must be signed before a class can be taken.
- No long, loose clothing to be worn on the Indoor rowing machine. Sneakers must be worn.
- Please bring a bottle of water, and a towel for your class.
- Safety, Technique and Fun are the main goals of each class!
